In compliance with the corona rules (distance, hygiene, masks) – participation for non-vaccinated persons with a negative rapid test is possible.
The times of the Corona pose new challenges for travel and everyday life. We have to adjust to a ‘new normal’. We can only visit foreign cultures and societies to a limited extent. But on the other hand, Corona has opened our eyes to Germany: there is also something new to discover here.
We have developed a new travel format for joint discovery tours in Germany: short trips, for 4 or 5 days we meet at interesting places in Germany. All trips are accompanied by journalists. So far, only the Berlin trip has been similar to this format, which is why we will continue to offer it. The new short trips are adapted to the Corona rules: we are outdoors a lot, only spend the night in one place and make excursions from there (mostly by bike or public transport).
As with all trips, you will not only get to know scenic regions and attractive cities, but also interesting initiatives that develop approaches for a more sustainable society. Let yourself be surprised!
Six trips are still on offer: to Aachen, Hamburg, Herrnhut (Upper Lusatia), Leipzig, Ravensburg (Lake Constance) and the tried and tested Berlin trip.
The Germany trips can be carried out in accordance with the current Corona regulations of most federal states for 3-G persons (vaccinated, recovered, and tested) group trips if masks are worn indoors if a sufficient distance can not be maintained. During a trip, the tour guide pays attention to compliance with the corona rules (distance, hygiene, masks).
Even those who have not been vaccinated can take part with a negative rapid antigen test, which must be a maximum of 48 hours old. This must be repeated on the 3rd day of travel. Vaccinated and convalescents can take part in the trip without a test if they provide appropriate evidence (2nd vaccination must be at least 14 days prior to the start of the trip).
